Setting Spiritual Goals

We set fitness goals, financial goals, career goals, relationship goals, and personal goals. But what about spiritual goals—the most important, necessary, meaningful, purposeful, and lasting goals we can set? Spiritual goals are paramount! They supersede, stir, and strengthen all goals. In fact, spiritual goals are the goals of all goals. Why! Because they are God-centered, focused, and built on the foundation of God’s Word, the need and desire for Him, and the passion and purpose of seeking and serving Him, growing in Him, and becoming more like Him every single day. It is good to set personal goals of any sorts. But it is wise to set spiritual goals because lay the foundation and path for every goal you will ever set in life.
